In your Google Cloud Console (APIs & Services > Credentials):

Enable Google Calendar API and Gmail API.
Create an OAuth 2.0 Client ID (Web application).
Add this exact Authorized Redirect URI:

http://localhost/ARIS2.0/public/api/google/oauth/callback
